Under construction — opening July 2027
A house for ten in the hills, with its own padel court.
Five bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own bathroom. Outside: a floodlit padel court, a wood-fired hot tub, a sauna and a playground. Let whole, to one group at a time.
We are building it now. Write to us and we will tell you when you can come.

The house
A house for ten in Bran
Let as a whole, so the only people in it are the ones you arrived with.
The house is rented to one group at a time, never by the room. Five bedrooms sleep ten, and everybody eats at the same table.
That suits the groups nobody else can place: a family that does not want to be spread across three floors of a hotel, a few couples travelling together, or a group that would rather cook than book a restaurant.
There is no reception desk and no check-in queue. You tell us when you are arriving, and the house is ready when you get here.

Padel
There is a padel court on the property
Twenty steps from the kitchen door, not a drive away.
A house this size usually offers a view and a barbecue. This one also offers a reason to stay in all weekend.
Padel is the rare racket sport that works with mixed company. Four people of different ages and abilities can have a real game within minutes of picking up a racket, which is not true of tennis — and it is always doubles, so nobody sits out.
As drawn, the court is floodlit, which in these hills is the difference between a court you use in July and one you use in October.
Tell us when you would like to come.
Your dates and how many of you there are is enough to start. We reply within a day, and we will tell you straight away if the house is not right for your group.
